      Welcome to Buena Athletics! My name is Ms. Hannah and I am the Athletic Trainer here at Buena. As an athletic trainer, my primary role is to promote the health, safety, and well-being of every athlete. This includes injury prevention, immediate care, rehabilitation, and education on safe participation. Whether you're joining a team for the first time or returning for another season, I am here to ensure that you have a positive, healthy, and successful athletic experience! Below you can find some important paperwork that you may need if you end up getting injured as well as some simple stretches to help prevent common injuries that anyone can do on their own at home or in my office before a game or practice.
